HOW CAN I ORDER?
We have enquiry forms for you to fill out at the bottom of the ORDER CAKES & ORDER TREATS pages - please include as much detail as possible and we'll be in touch with a quote!
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
A 50% non refundable deposit is required with all celebration cakes, with the remainder to be paid on the day of collection. This deposit is due upon booking to ensure you get your desired date and time, and covers us on the rare occasion of no shows or last minute cancellations. Payment for cupcakes/brownies/blondies/treats is required in full upon booking.

Please note: I do not have time to chase payments - nothing goes in my diary until payment is made. You risk your date going to someone else if you fail to pay upon booking or leave days in between responses.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO YOU TAKE ORDERS?
We recommend booking a cake at least a month in advance. This gives us time to source things like personalised items that may take a little while to arrive. As much notice as you can give is appreciated for cupcakes, brownies etc, however these can usually be slotted in a couple of days in advance.
CAN YOU COPY A CAKE IVE SEEN?
Every cake is bespoke. We never copy other artists' work so that a cake looks identical, but we're happy to take inspiration from designs you've seen! Feel free to send links to photos in your enquiry form.
HOW LONG DO MY TREATS LAST?
Brownies and blondies last weeks before they go past their best, just make sure to keep them refridgerated. They can be frozen as long as they're wrapped up tight in clingfilm - they'll last for months this way! Cupcakes/cookies/cookie pies are best consumed at room temp within a couple of days.
